The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will be holding a public hearing from 4 – 6pm only at the Hardwick Elementary School on Tuesday, October 18, 2022.
Anyone who wishes to speak must fill out the form on the website. Please be sure you sign up for the Tuesday, October 18th meeting in the drop down menu on the form. It is small and easy to miss. The Monday date is for the harness racing meeting in Plainville.
If you can not appear in person or wish not to publicly speak, you may submit written comments and testimony. Comments must be received by no later than 5:00pm on Monday, October 24, 2022

Commonwealth Equine and Agricultural Center, LLC has submitted an Application for a License to Hold or Conduct a New Racing Meeting in Hardwick, MA. This hearing is intended to afford an opportunity to offer input and comment on the attached application to any entity or member of the public who is interested.
